Hello....i have an African Grey and a Senegal Parrot..both in their twenties now.............the African Grey,,now the vet says he is a mixed up bird...he wants to play with the dogs all the time i have three....but the dogs are not having any of it....................he loves to destroy all the time. i can never get his attention he is like a child with this attention problem.all the time i am talking to him he is doing something else............he is so intelligent..not much he does not know..to me he is like talking to a human..i must have a very sad life.....LOL...but there are certain things he not aloud to do and he creates hell..............he has stands wherever he goes but does not like them..hates his cage. he has plucked mostly all of his feathers out now...he does this when put in cage but he cannot stay out all the time................there is nothing wrong with him he is a very healthy bird..........he knows words and knows what they mean..has anyone else got this problem please....thanks Sandie.
