Thank you, nanmadpad. You are right! As they say in the old song, "Whatever will be, will be." As a new CAG mom, it will be difficult not to worry about my care for him, but whenever I start to I will reflect back on your post. Everyone is so helpful on this site.

yes, like it was mentioned, try to stay calm. baby will feed off that. Greys do well in a atmosphere where the other occupants are calm in nature.
no one knows who will and who wont pluck. the best cared for, well loved, spoiled rotten, organic fed, overseen by the top Avian vets...and they can still pluck....I have seen ones not touched for paid attention to for years in disgusting cages, in empty rooms fed sunflowers and peanuts with no visits ever recorded by a vet, in perfect feather. I have seen completely healthy birds nekkid and deathly ill birds in perfect feather. one just never knows. ps...check your pm's
