It's not a baby... but I brought home an 8 month old male/female. Got any handling tricks to help me out
He's a "tough guy" right now. I'm looking foward to having him/her on my hand =) |

The biggest thing I can recommend is: Patience! Let the Grey know that they are in a safe spot and try your best to make them as comfortable as possible. Slowly start handling it. You will start to pick up on the body language pretty quickly. I know that there are just certain times when touching or handling is not an option and I don't push it. Once the Grey feels comfortable with you and the new surroundings, you'll have a very loving creature that yearns for your time and attention.

yea. let him settle in. work on his time frame not yours. be calm and patient. that wins a grey over. learn his body language.
congrats on your new family member!

8 months old is still a baby considering they can live up to 50 years old! Congrats on the baby!
