Situation chaos!!!

Lets start with Merlin. He's here on a temporary basis. This could be weeks or months so I have to make sure I don't get too attached. Having to get rid of Merlin has highlighted to my friend the issues in her marriage which looks like it's coming to an end. Once she's sorted what she's doing there then Merlin will go back to her. Merlin is spoiled rotten and very used to getting his own way. Coco (BE2) is having some kinda breakdown with Jeff being home and is being a first class wench. Now to add to this Merlin screams and it sets her off. Aaaagh!!!! I will say Merlin has an incredible vocab and is a real sweety as long as the world revolves around him. We're managing though and after everyone settles I think things will be fine. Needless to say I will be begging Jeff to let me get an Ekkie after all this. Despite the whole spoiled brat mentality of Merlin he's just such a sweetheart. Yep, I've fallen. Arthur's kinda sulking, Bogey (YCA) has decided if Coco and Merlin can scream then he'll join in. :banghead:

Now onto Scuffy the galah. She's probably more like 35yo. Wings have a problem which I'll get checked and she has a fatty deposit (quite a normal thing for them to get). She's a much loved bird and an absolute doll. We were cuddling within 15 minutes of her being here. Some changes to diet and cage need to be made though but these are going to have to be gradual so she doesn't get emotionally knocked around too much. I've said to her old owners to ring and come and see her whenever they want. She hates cats as we found out when Elsa went near her and she screamed. Ok with the dogs.

Wow, you have your hands full but you are doing great things. I bet Merlin's mother is grateful that he is in a safe place and that the separation is, most likely, not permanent.

nice pics , yep u for sure need a Eckie , mine is 2 years old and he is sooooo layed back, but he toss a lil scream in there now and again especially if someone comes over and he doesn't know the person then the alarm goes off lol but only for a few minutes, he loves to just sit with u ,I could be watching a long movie and would just sit there happy and content for hours lol and he is a super good eater, he will eat mostly anything I feed him
