Default Vern after 12 weeks of Pluck No More

I was waiting to post an entire thread with her progress but she has done so well I had to share how well this product works and is worth every penny..

The last one shows most of her chest is now covered but the feathers are very ruff looking. Not sure how long she plucked and if she will have normal plumage but it's a huge difference
Here she is when we started 12 weeks ago

Life is good when you are the chosen one. Except of course when you get barfed on.

The product is called "Pluck No More". It is made by Kings Cages. There is also a product called "Avi-Calm" on the market that many people like. My Avian Vet didn't really think "Pluck No More" did much but other people seem to have good results. It is a little expensive. If you contact Lisa B on this forum I'm sure she could help you find it.

I can't see the images for some reason... :/ I've heard of Pluck No More. Fortunately Malaika does not have any feather plucking issues, but if she for some reason would develop any in the future it feels good to know of a product that can help. Glad to hear that it has helped your Vern!
