Default Eating enough?

How do I know if Rooster is eating enough? I give him tons of variety in fruits and veggies, a seed mixture his breeder sent and I made him birdie bread but he seems to pick at it a lot and drop a lot of it when he's trying to eat, almost like he needs a plate LOL. I don't want him to starve to death!

I recommend that you purchase a scale to weigh your parrot. It doesn't have to be an "avian scale" but should be one that weighs in grams.

I have a digital kitchen scale.
