Default Picky eater

Stanley has been my buddy for 22 years and continues to entertain me. Lately he has decided that he only wants to eat walnut pieces (ever since he picked some out of my ceral bowl). He throws his pellets out and only wants the nuts. Are they enough...should I condon the behaviour or ...?

yes, he does need more then just that. he can have them as a treat, but I would use them as a foraging treat and try to get him back on his regular diet to keep him healthy...
