can I give my grey any veggie? I eat kale and spinash a lot and i would like to incorporated in her diet. Should I?

sorry I am just seeing this.
you can give kale and limit the spinach. Trying to remember what too much spinach will do, but am drawing a blank at the moment.

I remembered something about spinach too, and found the attached, at another web-site:

I agree with Lisa and Slyons to limit the spinach. I actually have never fed spinach to my parrots just to stay on the safe side.
