I FINALLY heard back from the vet's office. All of her tests came back NORMAL...
(the lady who called was shocked!) and she said that she was negative for chlamydia. I asked specifically if this ruled her out as having it 'dormant' and she said it was a DNA test and that she didn't have it active, dormant, and had never been exposed to it, so it was perfectly safe to have her around my other birds. Is this true? Does a DNA test rule out that she could still have it at all? Thanks! She's still alittle on the light side, though for a congo I'm told...but we're working on that!
