You have probably already seen this. If not, there may be a tidbit in this discussion that you have not seen.

Very kindly, David

Default TWO new arrivals!!!

Well, we brought home two 4 year old AGC today. The owner passed away two weeks ago, and the Daughter-in-Law doesn't know their names, so they have been re-named.....Zebastian and Zoe. (Zeb for short) The move went better than expected, and once I got their cage home and CLEANED....and put all of their toys through the cleaning process and remodeled a little, things are going great. My husband can't wait to come home and meet them. They are in surprisingly good health considering the owner only gave them seed, but theyare now being introduced to pellet and fresh fruits and veggies. Like kids in a candy store. I gave them each 2 grapes, and two slices of apple, and you would have thought I handed them a million bucks each! Thrilled I tell you!!! (Don't normally do grapes because of the sugar content, but hey....it was a stressful day) We all deserved a treat after all that!! But, no sooner had I put them into their cage and put food and water in when they both started talking and singing to me. I am going to give them a few weeks to get use to the surroundings before I do much of anything with them, because this man that owned them prior was so afraid of them he fed them with tongs. So, I definitely have my work cut out for me. I am on my way to go check Syd's cages AGAIN.....but I will write more later. I will add some pics of the "new kids".
